The TLC vision
The Leadership Collaborative (TLC) helps organizations develop, inspire, and retain their best people. We help individuals and teams reach their full potential as leaders and innovators. We accomplish our mission through stakeholder-centered coaching and the design and delivery of customized leadership development programs.
The TLC Team
The TLC Founder Dan Stotz (pictured far right) has dedicated his 40+ year career to helping organizations grow by growing their people. He has worked with astronauts at NASA, engineers at GE, scientists at the FBI Crime Labs, physicians at a major health care system, and most recently with firefighters and first-responders across the country. His key collaborators are Serena Newhall (center) specializing in leadership development and Everett Darby (left) specializing in accelerating change and driving innovation.
The TLC collaborators
Depending on the project, The Leadership Collaborative (TLC) partners with leadership development experts who serve as guest instructors, keynote speakers, or subject matter experts. Fire Chief Brian Marcos (pictured far left) often serves as a keynote speaker on a variety of leadership subjects. Robin Mladinich (center) is an experienced leadership coach and a subject matter expert in the Everything DiSC assessments. Dr. Robin Dorff (right) is a TLC-certified instructor specializing in thinking, planning, and acting strategically.
The TLC Approach
The TLC leadership development programs teach the knowledge, behaviors, habits, and tools professionals need to take their leadership skills to the next level of excellence. We use leadership frameworks and models that are validated by research and proven in practice.
